Insight

M45 in Villeurbanne is a mixed-use development of offices and productive activities. The 5,000m2 project is being developed by three talented Lyon-based developers and designed by a Franco-Brazilian architectural firm. A contrasting architectural object - both raw and generous - raw in its materials and generous in its uses. A graphic building comprising three buildings and punctuated by two semi-open passageways. A signature building, a testament to Villeurbanne's heritage and renewal.

Idea

We imagine a moment of sharing in the color of its hosts. Generous, enthusiastic, different.

We wanted to subtly highlight the Franco-Brazilian combo through its food & beverage offering, highlight M45's signature architecture through lighting, and celebrate its players (Promoval, Fontanel, 6eme Sens) with a varied and plural itinerary throughout the evening.
