Chaumet high jewellery
An immersive journey designed around the collection.
For the launch of its 2024 High Jewelry capsule collection, Chaumet took over its historic salons at 12 Place Vendôme. A location rich in heritage, where every intervention must work in dialogue with the existing architecture.
Client brief
How can a clear and immersive experience be created within a richly layered environment?
Our response
Staging the collection by shaping the gaze rather than the décor.
Rather than multiplying effects, we chose an approach based on restraint. The visitor journey unfolds as a progression, a sequence of spaces that gradually focus attention until each piece becomes the centre of the experience.
The scenography steps back in favour of what it reveals. Light, materials, perspectives and framing form a subtle language that guides visitors without ever distracting them from what matters most.
Immersion emerges from a balance between absence and presence, heritage and contemporaneity, allowing the collection to express itself with clarity, elegance and purpose.
