About
Since 2010, TETRO has been imagining and producing bespoke experiences, driven by a strong artistic vision.
Our story
Founded in 2010, TETRO is an independent company where engineering, art, scenography, and production converge. A creative lab built around a single vision: designing and bringing to life memorable experiences, from narrative to execution.
This approach has led us to develop two complementary activities: the agency, which imagines experiences for brands and places; and the studio, which produces artworks, exhibitions, and shows.
Fifteen years after our beginnings, we continue to pursue the same ambition: combining creative boldness, project feasibility, and impact on audiences.
What we stand for
Every project begins with a deep understanding of your challenges, your ecosystem, and the people who will experience it. This attention to context and to users guides every creative decision. We want to create the exceptional. But the exceptional isn't just an aesthetic promise — it's above all a matter of precision: when form and substance become one.
Our philosophy
Art as our compass
Artistic creation runs through every project. It nourishes our direction, gives meaning to what we make, and keeps us in constant dialogue with artists and contemporary practices.
Reality as our starting point
Our projects are anchored in places, in specific cultural contexts. We always design for a location, an audience, a precise moment, to create meaning and reveal singularity.
A love of risk
Our independence opens up new creative perspectives. Our approach is to cultivate the sidestep, to stand apart and leave a lasting impression.
A method: made to measure
Every project is built around your challenges, your positioning, your vision: our method, your own codes.
Our team
At TETRO, artistic direction, strategy, architecture, production, and cultural engineering work together from the very start. It's this rare combination that changes the nature of what we offer.
Matthieu Debay
General and Creative direction
Entrepreneur and artistic director, Matthieu Debay founded TETRO in 2010 to build bridges between art and business. His approach, shaped by twenty-five years spanning art, design and technology, can be seen in ABBA Voyage in London. He works as artistic director on numerous international events, shows and exhibitions.
Gilles Blaise
Development and Strategic direction
A specialist in transformation and innovation strategy, Gilles supports the development of projects and organizations. He leads diagnostics, positioning, and growth trajectories.
Chloé Krempf
Project direction and Cultural engineering
Coming from the independent cultural sector, Chloé designs and leads projects at the crossroads of culture, brands, and places. She ensures the narrative and coherence of journeys, content, and experiences.
Mathieu Klein
Production and Administration
Mathieu manages the conditions that make creation possible: budgets, schedules, supplier relations, and production tracking. He leads production and ensures the operational solidity of every project.
Louis Laulanné
Architecture and Scenography
An architect and scenographer, Louis designs spaces conceived around how they'll be used. He transforms creative intentions into journeys, places, and experiences to be lived.
Claude Pierrel
Architecture and Scenography
An architect and scenographer, Claude develops a sensitive approach to space where aesthetics, narrative, and functionality meet. She designs coherent spatial systems in service of the experience.
An open ecosystem, in service of the project
Around this core team, TETRO activates a network of specialists — designers, developers, technicians, and artists — mobilized according to the needs of each project. This flexible structure ensures both creative coherence and budget control.
