NJÖRD - WCIP
NJORD is a poetic installation created by Wilfried Della Rossa. The work is composed of 18 transparent monoliths containing air spirits. The movement of these spirits is given form by feathers blowing, flying and falling in a play of light. The monoliths are arranged on the exhibition site to create a poetic and designer sanctuary brought to life by a ballet of feathers and light. The air moves elegantly and lightly to the rhythm of the music. This dance gives the sanctuary a mysterious, organic aspect, as if the whole comprised the breath of a single living being. This experience in Brussels immerses spectators in the magic of winter and the wonderful memories of childhood.
