VILLEURBANNE (69) | 29.09.2016
In Extenso, a member of the Deloitte Group of companies and one of France’s leading accountancy firms, opened a new regional headquarters in Villeurbanne.
In Extension wanted an overall concept for a festive BtoB evening event that would include distinctive artistic programming.
CREATIVITY ON DISPLAY
To inaugurate the new In-Extenso headquarters, the agency created a graphic identity and scenographic design in the Group’s colours that appeared on all media for the event: the save-the-date cards, invitation packages, signage, stage backdrop and even the building itself.
In addition to the traditional logistics for such an event (reception, catering, audiovisual and technical equipment), Tetro organised two art installations in collaboration with GRAME: Glass House, a large-format projected video installation by Thomas Leon that was inspired by notes from Sergei Eisenstein, and FORMOSE PHONIQUE II, an immersive video and sound installation by Julie Vacher.
In addition, the 400 guests were able to take advantage of the mild Indian summer on In Extenso’s patios, where they heard a performance by jazz vocalist Ilhem, backed by piano and bass accompaniment.
